Announcement of the winners of the Infosys Prize 2010

On October 25, 2010, the Infosys Science Foundation announced the winners of the Infosys Prize 2010, recognizing outstanding contributions to scientific research, which in turn contributes to the growth and development of the country. The winners of Infosys Prize 2010 include researchers who are surpassing boundaries of discovery, addressing the conflict between environment and development, and researching a vaccine for malaria. The winners were announced by the Trustees of the Infosys Science Foundation at an event held at the Infosys campus in Bangalore.
